Yesterday I visited a furniture store still doing it the old fashioned way. Personal service, family owned and the guarantee made solid with a handshake. I loved it. I also dropped by the thrift store and found out that every penny of profit goes to the homeless of excelsior Springs.... not even Goodwill can back up that type of community connection.
