What is a memorable recipe you have experienced in Kansas City....? that is uniquely KC. I have a couple.
1. Gates burnt ends...when they were really crunchy and good. . Others try to copy it but the meat is not really "burnt"
2. The Savoy Grille Ceasar salad. Years ago, we ordered the Ceasar with our steaks.... an 80 year old man came out and chopped the lettuce and veggies and with raw ingredients, mixed the Ceasar dressing right at our table... SPECTACULAR!!!
